Great Concept, Horrible Execution

The idea of the app is great, and would be my main way of selling items if not for two major concerns:

1. The process is really slow. It takes around 1 week for them to ship you a box, an additional week for you to ship it back and have them process it. Finally, it may take up to months for your item to sell. The entire process will take up to 2-3 months.
2. They dont accept a lot of items. They only accept mainly in high demand electronics. If you have anything else, they wont accept it. Furthermore, the price they offer is relatively low.
