I loved their carefree service. Within a day, they sent someone to pick up the items the very next day and it all got sold within a few days. Amazing!

Sold a few items right away. Others had to sit around for a bit before finally being sold. But I love how convenient it is to just get rid of things you have lying around.

The app was easy to go from start to finish.

It was super easy. Snapped a couple photos, some guy showed up and took my stuff and a couple weeks later it was sold and I got money for stuff that was basically just sitting around anyhow. Will definitely use this again when I find stuff.

Gone makes it easy to sell something when you dont have the time. The customer service is excellent and they give you your moneys worth. The only possible draw back is it took several months to sell my iPhone 5s. I wasnt in need of cash, so it wasnt a problem for me. They kept me updated and it did get sold. Im completely happy with the service and will continue to use Gone!

Ive now sold an iPhone and a Vuezone home camera system through Gone. It takes a while (like a few months) to sell items, but the amounts received are much higher than competing trade in programs (Gazelle, Amazon). Also, so easy to do. They send you the box etc. Will use again Recommended.

Ive used gone to sell quite a few of my items now and the process is relatively easy. Even though it sometimes takes awhile, the amount that Im getting for my products is higher than any other service I can find.

While doing some spring cleaning, I found some things I no longer use. So, I decided to try out the Gone! app. Using the app is super easy, and if you have a question, dont worry--you can text them in-app. Theyre super friendly too! When you receive the box, its filled with everything you need: foam, bubble wrap and shipping tape. It doesnt get any easier! Once youre ready to ship your stuff, you can either schedule a pick-up or let them know youll drop it off by UPS--all within the app. Finally! Its super easy to get rid of your unused stuff in a simple, straightforward, and personal way. Theyll make sure to get it Gone!

I have now sold 5 items through GONE. The process was simple and the customer service is amazing. It took several months to sell everything but they came through as promised with the amount they offered! Highly recommended.

You dont know where your item is being sold at. They dont show you what others are selling. This sounds untrustworthy to me.

I am a seller who is trying to get the best deal for my items Im trying to sell. Gone priced my item a third of what market sells the item. When I asked for justifications they say they take the worry away and works out all the logics. I dont believe all the service warrants the price they quoted. On top to the insult of the price, they took off a fixed 15 percent and also a 15 dollars few. Sellers be aware that this product may not be the best for you. I cannot recommend this app service even with all its bells and whistles.

Gone will come pickup your used goods for sale then send payment upon sale. Selling your used goods couldnt be any easier. Sure, you might find a higher buyer locally but doing so requires a bunch of upfront work. I used it for a few items that were taking up storage space. The final sale might take awhile depending on the item, but when it does sell you get a notification and option to cash out.

I started the Gone process at the first of the year with an iPod and iPhone, which seem like fairly easy sales. I am still waiting for an offer - and its April. If you want an update, you have to ask, and all you get is a vague reply like "were working on it!" Uhhhhhh. Im hanging in there because, well, they have my stuff, but this is definitely not as quick as marketed. I doubt Ill be trying this service again.

Im only half way done with my first item, its so much easier than eBay or Craigslist... Perfect solution for me and my busy schedule.

This is no silly app. This is a full-fledged business idea really well executed and works.

Was trying to sell a product over $500. This is when their 15% fee is too much. They told me their process is the exact same whether they are selling. Headphones or computers. So why should they get more of the cut if they are doing the exact same thing. I asked them this question and got horrible 2 sentence responses. You have to pay $15 for shipping AND 15% of what you make. And you only get paid until after they sell your product. That could be weeks or months. Avoid.
