It took three months to sell a Nexus 5X phone in perfect condition. After they placed the item up for sale, complete radio silence. No updates, no estimates about when it might go or why it was taking so long. Finally, I got so frustrated that I asked them to return the device to me. They said they would, but instead sold it. Would have been nice if they told me about the change in plans first. The whole point of this service is to save you time, right? By that measure, it failed me.

They work with you to get your stuff gone, and you paid

Really convenient and it works. Sometimes it works really slowly but its better than procrastinating or dealing with eBay.

I sent them an Amazon Fire and an IPhone 5S - TWO months ago. The only time I hear from them is if I reach out and ask whats going on. As of now, I still have no idea whats going on. They have either not sold my items or are not sending my money. They are quick to send you a box and your still is literally Gone, as in they steal it. Do not waste your time with this service.

I used the app to sell a PS3 and some extras. They mistakenly sent me two boxes. No big deal but it did shake my confidence a bit. But I sent it to them. They had it for six months and didnt sell it. I couldnt find it for sale on the site. They asked me to consider lowering the price. I told them to just send it back. And then, COINCIDENTALLY (according to them) it happened to sell that very day. I think my request to have it returned somehow shook it loose from their systems and they had actually sold it previously. Maybe the issues are startup-related; I dont know. But I wont use the service again.

This is a total scam. Dont use their service unless you want a device stolen from you. I signed up for their app and arranged for them to pick up my iPad to sell on my behalf. They picked it up and I dont hear anything for months. Then I receive a Facebook message from someone indicating they bought an iPad on Amazon that had my Apple ID on it. I hadnt sold lost or sold any other iPads, so it had to be the one I gave Gones courier. I checked the Gone app, no notice about the device being sold. It was still listed as looking for buyers. I erased the device remotely for the poor soul who bought my stolen device, but have not received payment. I contacted Gone support and they are saying I need to erase my iPad for them to sell it. Real stellar feedback, guys! Im pretty sure I wont be getting any money, and I donated an iPad to their scam of a service. STAY AWAY.

Months later an item sold... For $380. I selected by payout and was told I should get an email shortly... It is now a week later, no money, and support does not respond at all. My balance now shows 0 in the app. DO not use this service. It is completely a scam.

For a buyer they ask way too much, asking just less than new-retail price for products while, for sellers, they lowball then take 15% off. All this and they hold your product until they sell it, then offer you a lower price if it doesnt sell right away. Also read their terms of service before using this app. Everything is slanted in their favor and you have virtually no recourse should a dispute arise.

Loved how easy and quick everything was. And support was really helpful

Worked well, easy and way better than eBay

After using the app I noticed old stuff I had just sitting in the corner of my room slowly gathering dust suddenly became easy, quick cash in my pocket! I believe this app has a solid concept as garage sales are becoming outdated and they’re extremely time consuming on the poor person hosting one. Thanks to this app my life’s personally a lot easier and it has allowed me to spend extra time where it’s important. (online gaming) I enjoyed getting solid offers from other users and everyone was easy to communicate with and the brand name of “gone” really came into play due to just how quick the sales of my items were. Would recommended as it’s an app I know I will be using in the future.

If you fond of taking pictures of everything when youre on outside, then here a great opportunity to earn by taking your useless photos. Just take photo, accept an offer through this app and schedule a free pickup. Thats it. Your photo will be sold by the company and you must get your benefit.

They take your stuff with promises to pay and then you never hear from them again. Ripoff! Stay away!

Had a lot of hope for this but have had a Bad experience overall. Trying to sell stuff has been cumbersome. Dealt with bugs and a pickup guy that never showed. For all the work I have to put in to sell my item I feel like I could have just done craigslist or eBay and had a faster outcome
