SCAM - DO NOT USE

This is a total scam. Dont use their service unless you want a device stolen from you.

I signed up for their app and arranged for them to pick up my iPad to sell on my behalf. They picked it up and I dont hear anything for months. Then I receive a Facebook message from someone indicating they bought an iPad on Amazon that had my Apple ID on it. I hadnt sold lost or sold any other iPads, so it had to be the one I gave Gones courier.

I checked the Gone app, no notice about the device being sold. It was still listed as looking for buyers. I erased the device remotely for the poor soul who bought my stolen device, but have not received payment.

I contacted Gone support and they are saying I need to erase my iPad for them to sell it. Real stellar feedback, guys! Im pretty sure I wont be getting any money, and I donated an iPad to their scam of a service. STAY AWAY.
